Chinese New Year Notice

The Chinese New Year break will start soon.

Please be informed, that we will not be able to process and ship your orders between the 27th of January and 7th of February.

Economy shipments can not be processed in the time between the 24.1. and the 7th of February. We will resume shipments on the 8th.

DHL services will be stopped between the 28.1. and the 7th of February.

If you plan to order, please do it in time to avoid any possible shipment delays.

My order #18762-ON took over 50 days to arrive and it looks like it will not be delivered. Email support does not respond.

I have a problem with my order. Nobody is responding to me.
I’ve emailed, left messages on the chat over several days. I need someone to get back to me otherwise I’m going to have to get a chargeback from my credit card.
