As some of you might have seen, the pre-order discount voucher program has been stopped.
This means -> there is good news to be shared!

We are happy to announce, that RADXA´s ROCK5B is ready for mass production.
It does not mean that the boards can be shipped immediately, but that the production and purchase process for the raw material is getting started.
It also means, that we start to prepare the roll out plans for your pre-ordered boards.
As stated in our program instructions - we will ship the boards based on the order date of the discount code. We will start with weekly shipments. You will receive your payment link with the discounted price of the board of your choice.
As we are progressing towards the first shipment date we will explain the whole process in detail again. We will also arrange additional hands behind the store front chat to answer your questions! (no bot!! :-)
Please stay tuned, as we step by step will also reveal Rock5B accessories.
They might not always be what you guys want or need. We really are looking forward to some feedback to better adjust to what you feel is important.

I pre-ordered it in February and still got nothing! The board is being sold on AliExpress already!!! where the hell is the loyalty with the backers???

Hi guys – we can not identify your orders based on these messages.
Please reply to the order confirmation mail you received when you ordered the discount code. We will send you an update about when to expect your boards to ship. Or chat with us on the store front – if we are not around – drop a mail address, we reply once we are back on duty.
We chronologically work off the backorders based on the intake of the discount vouchers.

I have the same concern. There’s a roll-out taking place, according to them, but no news about how many boards got shipped and no news about the progress of servicing the preorders. This is very, very weird. The preorders started in January, the boards got into the “mass production” only in July or even later with several delays. It’s 11 days until the end of October, the company promised to ship all the preorders during October. So where’s my board then? Should I expect another delay? I hope the company will very soon release all what customers would like to know.
