Updated shipment times Q4 2021/ Q1 2022

Based on the high season we are in and the still limited global logistic capacities we have to inform you that shipment times will unfortunately be longer than before.

We recently also found that DHL has capacity issues which causes shipments being queued for departure and delayed deliveries.

Please understand that these delays are really out of our control and are reflecting the general situation in the market.

Our team is monitoring the situation and frequently adapts to keep our services on the highest possible fulfillment levels.

We are sorry for this situation and the understandable frustration on our buyers side.
