High-performance quad-core RISC-V SOC with integrated 3D GPU
StarFive´s VisionFive JH-7110 SOC 2 Lite is is the world’s first mass-produced high-performance RISC-V application processor.
It uses a mature 28nm process and comes with a 64-bit high-performance quad-core RISC-V CPU, 2MB of L2 cache and can run at up to 1.5GHz - supporting the Linux operating system. This SOC stands out for its high performance, low power consumption, rich interfaces and strong image/video processing capabilities. It makes it perfectly suitable for applications like open-source hardware, industrial control and consumer electronics.

- The chip is divided into 8 independently switchable power domains and allows CPU frequency adjustment through software, supporting work mode settings based on scenarios and needs.
